He completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University and has since gained valuable experience working with local football teams and in private practice. Dr Joel Hill (Chiropractor) grew up on the Mornington Peninsula and became interested in Chiropractic while working in the horticultural industry in his early twenties. After experiencing transformative results in his own body he undertook 5 years of study at RMIT University to become a Chiropractor. He has worked in private practice across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, developing broad clinical experience treating people with a wide range of musculoskeletal and movement related concerns. Joel takes a warm, patient centred approach to care, combining chiropractic treatment with his extensive experience in movement, posture and exercise. His focus is not simply on treating a problem, but on understanding what may be contributing to it and helping people move with greater confidence and ease. With more than 20 years’ experience teaching Yoga, Joel brings an understanding of movement and body awareness to his clinical work and particularly enjoys working with people who want to stay active and continue doing the things they love as they get older. He believes that good health is about more than simply being free from pain, it is about maintaining strength, mobility and independence so that you can get the most out of life.

Originally from the North Island of New Zealand, Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedicine from the University of Auckland and a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. After starting his career in New Zealand, he moved to Australia, gaining experience in private practice across Inner Melbourne and the outer eastern suburbs. Neil has worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons and general practitioners, treating a wide range of conditions and helping clients regain function. Before opening his Frankston clinic in late 2021, he refined his skills at clinics throughout Melbourne, preparing for his transition into business ownership. With a client-focused, holistic approach, Neil emphasises education and empowerment, drawing on his expertise in clinical Pilates, exercise rehabilitation, and manual therapy. He has a particular interest in treating shoulders, lower back pain, and neck injuries. Outside of work, Neil enjoys hiking, reading, visiting the gym, and supporting the All Blacks and the Boxing Day Test.

Erin comes from a big healthcare family. With a nurse, occupational therapist and an osteopath under one roof, an interest in allied health was bound to happen! Erin was introduced to myotherapy in her previous career in specialty coffee; and after completing her Advanced Diploma from RMIT; immediately fell in love with helping clients reach their full potential through movement. Having spent most of her adolescence in the dance studio, the importance of movement through all stages of life is a key component of Erin’s practice philosophy. Erin is passionate about restoring motion and reducing pain for her patients using a combination of hands-on techniques and come-care programs. Personalising her treatments to the needs and goals of each individual, whether you’re training for a marathon or just trying to keep up with your kids! Outside of the clinic, Erin is a big lover of social sport with a “I’ll try anything” attitude. She also enjoys hiking and spending time with her dog, Louis.

Ash grew up in an active family, with a mum who loved running and a dad passionate about the gym. This environment sparked her interest in movement and inspired her to pursue professional Ballroom Latin Dancing throughout much of her childhood. She went on to study at Monash University, graduating with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. Since then, Ash has built valuable experience working with her local football club and in various community settings. She’s known for her energetic, enthusiastic approach and her ability to build strong, supportive relationships with clients. Ash has a Chinese background and is fluent in Mandarin, which she is happy to speak with clients who prefer it.
