Telehealth appointments are available for a range of health issues, but if you feel you need direct treatment for an injury or a physical examination you may need to book an in-person appointment.
Damian is an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist who joined Sage Active Clinic in November 2025. He is newly qualified, but brings strong hands-on experience across the NDIS, home care and chronic disease management, along with a naturally warm and upbeat personality that clients respond to immediately.
He completed his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University and gained practical experience treating people with musculoskeletal pain, cardiac and respiratory conditions, metabolic disease, neurological conditions and mental health challenges. His placements included Grampians Health, Physio Inq, the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute and the Deakin Clinical Exercise Centre.
Before becoming an AEP, Damian worked as an in-home carer, supporting people with daily activities to help them stay independent. He has held roles at a variety of clinics and has also volunteered for Cricket Victoria and Ormond Football Club.
Damian is known for being genuinely friendly, positive and encouraging. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, values and abilities, and makes every session welcoming, supportive and evidence-based. He has settled in quickly at Sage and is already building a great rapport with clients of all ages and abilities.
