Oscar completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne and has practiced extensively throughout rural and metropolitan Victoria. Oscar's philosophy is to provide the most conservative and highest level of dentistry in a gentle and caring manner. As a self-professed dental nerd, Oscar enjoys keeping up to date with the most recent knowledge in the dental field, allowing him to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has particular interests in endodontics and surgical dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Oscar enjoys gymming and exploring the outdoors. He wishes one day to acquire a farm to raise a family of corgis.

Gary graduated from Glasgow University in 1991. He ran a practice in Scotland until 2011 when he relocated to the Mornington Peninsula and started working at Bays Dental Clinic. Gary has a reputation as a caring, gentle dentist who takes time to explain the nature of any dental problems and various options for treatment. As a young dentist, he adapted a simple philosophy, he would treat every patient as if they were a member of his own family. Outside of dentistry he is a passionate photographer and can often be found on the beaches of the Peninsula, with his camera, at sunset.

Lisa graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) in 2012. She is extremely popular with families and kids due to her cheerful, kind, and gentle nature. Being a mother herself, she understands kids and loves interacting with them, hoping to nurture dental confidence in the next generation. Lisa has special interests in Children's Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, and Periodontal (gum) treatment. Always ready to greet you with a smile, Lisa is here to provide the best quality dental care for all the family. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys pilates, rowing, baking, and going for walks. Besides English, Lisa also speaks Cantonese and Khmer.

Dr. Roshi is a dedicated dental care professional with over ten years of experience in dentistry. She is passionate about educating patients of all ages and is always eager to listen to her patients and deliver high-quality dentistry through communication. Roshi is comfortable working with people who suffer from dental anxiety. She has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. She is devoted to keeping updated with the latest dental techniques to provide the best care possible.
