Abbey graduated from the University of Notre Dame (Western Australia) in 2022, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since graduating, she has worked exclusively in a musculoskeletal private practice setting, where she developed a strong interest in pelvic health. She is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy at Curtin University, majoring
in Continence and Pelvic Health.
Abbey holds additional qualifications in dry needling and reformer pilates and is a GLA:D Osteoarthritis certified clinician. She is passionate about pelvic health and is committed to supporting women through all stages of life. Abbey takes a patient-centred approach, prioritising education and empowerment to ensure each individual feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their care.
She also has a strong interest in treating women in sport, particularly long-distance running and swimming, reflecting her own sporting background. Having completed multiple marathons and the Rottnest Channel Swim several times, Abbey understands the physical and mental demands of endurance sport.
